Adjusting Video Settings
Just as you can configure various settings
for the still camera, you can adjust various video settings, such as
the video resolution and the focus mode. Again, the actual settings
that are available are device specific and vary among phone models. To
access the video settings, activate the Camera app and follow these
steps:
1. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap the Video Settings.
Using the Video Light
If you need extra light for your video, you
will be happy to know that the camera’s flash doubles as a video light.
To enable the video light, activate the Camera app and follow these
steps:
1. Ensure that the device is in video mode by tapping the Video icon, if necessary.
2. Tap the Lamp icon to toggle the camera light on and off.
Malfunctioning Video Light
If the video light doesn’t come on, it
doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re doing something wrong. Some phones
are designed to override the video light setting if sufficient lighting
is available.
